Trish Dunn is the talent acquisition manager for consulting and client services at Norstella. Her team is responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for open roles. By partnering with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates who are an ideal match for each business unit’s needs, Trish works to build a stronger organization.
Tracey Barry, Norstella’s payroll manager, recently celebrated 12 years with the company. She joined the team in 2011 as the Accounting Manager, handling A/P, A/R and month end close. In that role, she worked closely with the Director of Human Resources on all payroll and benefit-related tasks. In 2016, she was promoted to HR Manager. The rapid growth of the HR team allowed Tracey to move into her current position, in which she focuses primarily on payroll while still working closely with HR.
Nicole Shalit is the global head of learning and development at Norstella and a vice president of business performance at Norstella’s MMIT. She began her career in market access in 2004 as a content analyst at Zitter Health Insights. When the organization was acquired by MMIT in 2019, she had been leading Zitter’s operations, client service and product teams for more than a decade. Shalit spearheaded the development of MMIT University, MMIT’s internal training program that covers all things market access and other domain-specific topics, and the Leadership Development Institute, which hones leadership skills for both internal promotions and outside hires. As VP of business performance, Shalit acts as an internal consultant, bringing cross-functional teams together to develop new processes and help facilitate change management at a programmatic level.
Kyle Douty is the director of commercial enablement and optimization at Norstella, overseeing the continuous improvement of the processes that support the efficiency and effectiveness of Norstella’s commercial teams. Douty originally joined Norstella’s MMIT in January 2022, working as a learning and development manager supporting various Norstella brands.
Lindsay Lorenzen is a vice president of global solution consulting at Norstella. She leads teams of product and subject matter experts, going in-depth on our methodologies and how we build our data and solutions. Lorenzen works across Norstella’s brands, spearheading the launch of solution consulting at Evaluate in 2022. Working closely with colleagues across Norstella, Lorenzen supports go-to-market strategy for new and synergistic solutions.
Kristy DeCicco is the director of M&A (mergers and acquisitions) integrations at Norstella. She works closely with executive leadership to identify the projects and strategies that bring together Norstella’s family of companies, spearheading the integration of Panalgo, Evaluate and the Dedham Group under the Norstella umbrella earlier this year. Her team is currently working on Norstella’s newest merger with Citeline.
Jon Poshywak is the vice president of corporate partnerships at Norstella, joining us in 2021. He focuses on building Norstella’s corporate relationships and overall business development, working to establish relationships with other businesses and creating synergistic alignment between brands and outside partners.
Melissa Tarcea is the director of human resources integrations and operations at Norstella, joining us in January 2022. Her team supports HR systems, payroll and benefits for each business unit, while managing integration initiatives and harmonization efforts across Norstella’s brands.
Eva Danieli is the senior director of global business development (BD) for Norstella, the parent company of MMIT, Evaluate, Panalgo and The Dedham Group. She leads a team of 20 business development representatives (BDRs) at MMIT, Evaluate and Panalgo. The BDR team, based in Boston, London, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, uses sales enablement technology to create awareness around Norstella’s brands and products.
