Chief Executive Officer

Michael Gallup

As CEO, Mike is responsible for helping guide, grow and evolve Norstella via smart acquisitions, new product development and passionate people, and by fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to make decisions and make a difference.

Previously, Mike was the CEO of Century Vision Global, the Group CEO of ECL & CVG & PI, and the President of TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. He also served as the VP and General Manager at Hill-Rom, a Senior Strategy Manager at IBM and a Manager at AMX International.

Mike has an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University.

EVP & Chief Commercial Officer

Maureen Ladouceur

Maureen leads Norstella’s commercial organization as the EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, working closely across each brand to implement the systemization of go-to-market processes needed to drive year-over-year growth.

Previously, Maureen was the VP of Sales & Strategy at Quantia, Inc. (acquired by Aptus) and the VP of Sales, Marketing & Strategy at Vocollect Health Systems, Inc. (acquired by Honeywell). She also held various senior positions at McKesson Corporation and started her career as a medical oncology and infusion nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. 

Maureen has an MBA from Penn State University, a BSN in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, and a business strategy certificate from Cornell University. 

Chief Services Officer & Market Access General Manager

Diane Watson

As Chief Services Officer, Diane is responsible for Norstella’s services and consulting portfolio across all business units. As the Market Access GM, Diane directs the company’s market access business unit, which includes both MMIT and The Dedham Group.

Diane has decades of leadership experience and has served as the COO of TeleTracking Technologies and Tilt, Inc. She was also the General Manager for MEDRAD’s Multi-Vendor Service and Cardiovascular Fluid Delivery business units. Diane spent several years as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies in her role as Associate Partner at Accenture (Andersen Consulting).

She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and information and decision support systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Chief Product Officer

Kris Kaneta

As Chief Product Officer, Kris oversees the overall strategy and development of Norstella’s product portfolio. He works closely across each brand’s leadership team to direct the product lifecycle for all data, workflow, and SaaS solutions.

Previously, Kris served as the Chief Product Officer for MMIT, leading product development in support of client’s market access and drug commercialization objectives. He also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for TeleTracking Technologies, and has held leadership positions with GE HealthCare, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo.

Kris has an MBA from Duke University with a concentration in decision sciences, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Chief Strategy Officer/Corporate Development

Kevin McCurry

As Norstella’s Chief Strategy Officer, Kevin leads the organization’s strategy and corporate development group. He has over 25 years of experience in strategy and corporate development and has worked across a number of technology and information-intensive industries. Previous positions include serving as CSO at Integral Ad Science, SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at SunGard, and CSO of Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Science division.

Kevin has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Trinity College.

Chief Financial Officer

Roberto Simon

As Chief Financial Officer, Roberto leads Norstella’s finance team and oversees all financial, account and tax matters for the company. For the past 25 years, Roberto has held financial leadership roles managing organic and M&A business growth for organizations across the globe. He previously served as CFO for WEX, The Colomer Group and Revlon, Inc.

Originally from Spain, Roberto speaks five languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French and Catalan). He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Barcelona, as well as an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Carrie Yonenson

Carrie oversees Norstella’s HR function, which includes talent acquisition, HR business partner functions, HR operations, learning and development, internal communications and engagement. Carrie brings 20 years of experience leading human capital teams focused on driving business results through strategy alignment, talent and culture. She has a distinct focus on partnering with business leaders, developing top talent, acting on employee feedback and leading large-scale complex change within organizations.

Carrie previously served as Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer at ACA Global, a Private Equity backed financial services company.

Carrie has a bachelors in Physiology and Neurobiology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Shahriar-Rafimayeri-HeadShot

Chief Information Officer

Shahriar Rafimayeri

Shahriar oversees Norstella’s Corporate Technology function, which includes Business Systems, Technology Infrastructure & Operations, and Information Security. Shahriar brings over 30 years of experience leading various technology organizations focused on leveraging technology to deliver business value.

Shahriar has previously served as Chief Information Officer at Mimecast and Infor, and has lead large technology strategies at Healthfirst, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, Credit Suisse, UBS, and Bankers Trust.

Shahriar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hofstra University, is President of the Board of Trustees for Kaufman Music Center, and is on the advisory board of Hofstra University’s DeMatteis Dean’s Advisory Board.

General Counsel

Vicky Harris

In her role as General Counsel, Vicky oversees Norstella’s legal, compliance, and privacy functions. Previously, she served as Head of Legal at Clarivate, and occupied various legal positions within the IP, Science, and Financial division of Thomson Reuters and the Reuters news agency. Vicky began her career practicing corporate and commercial law at the law firm Slaughter and May.

In 2020, Vicky led the team that won IP Legal Team of the Year in Lexology’s Global Counsel Awards, and in 2021, she was recognized as a highly commended lawyer by Next 100 Years’ Inspirational Women Lawyers awards.

Vicky has a Bachelor of Arts degree in jurisprudence from Oxford University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.

Chief Transformation Officer

Alex Graves

As Chief Transformation Officer, Alex oversees Norstella-wide programs related to transforming our people, processes, and technology. As part of his role, Alex works cross-functionally to transform Norstella by improving internal systems, operations and external customer-facing initiatives.

Prior to joining Norstella, Alex spent several years advising and investing in growth-oriented healthcare companies. Most recently, Alex was a Vice President in the Warburg Pincus healthcare investing team. Previously, Alex held similar roles in other healthcare investment and advisory firms including Summit Partners and William Blair.

Alex has a bachelor’s degree, with distinction, in Finance from Indiana University.
