Chief Executive Officer

Michael Gallup

As CEO, Mike is responsible for helping guide, grow and evolve Norstella via smart acquisitions, new product development and passionate people, and by fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to make decisions and make a difference.

Previously, Mike was the CEO of Century Vision Global, the Group CEO of ECL & CVG & PI, and the President of TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. He also served as the VP and General Manager at Hill-Rom, a Senior Strategy Manager at IBM and a Manager at AMX International.

Mike has an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University.


Chief Commercial Officer

Maureen Ladouceur

Maureen leads Norstella’s commercial organization as the Chief Commercial Officer, working closely across each brand to implement the systemization of go-to-market processes needed to drive year-over-year growth.

Previously, Maureen was the VP of Sales & Strategy at Quantia, Inc. (acquired by Aptus) and the VP of Sales, Marketing & Strategy at Vocollect Health Systems, Inc. (acquired by Honeywell). She also held various senior positions at McKesson Corporation and started her career as a medical oncology and infusion nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. 

Maureen has an MBA from Penn State University, a BSN in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, and a business strategy certificate from Cornell University. 

Chief Financial Officer

Christa Miller

As the Chief Financial Officer, Christa leads the finance team and oversees all financial, account and tax matters for Norstella. Christa has been recognized as a solid strategic financial and operational leader who consistently and successfully transforms rapid growth organizations throughout her career.

Over the last two decades, Christa has held CFO positions at CAPTRUST, Eli Global, Jones & Frank and Ali Group North America. 

Christa has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Wake Forest University and a CPA license in North Carolina. 


Chief Data Operations Officer

Kevin Morgan

As Norstella’s Chief Data Operations Officer, Kevin is responsible for the data operations across all companies and focused on driving a world-class operation across all markets that we serve. He holds in-depth expertise in data management, coupled with years of planning, managing and executing multi-year, enterprise-level transformation programs across functional domains and lines of business.

Kevin brings years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the financial services industry having managed data operations, transformation programs, and market data commercial/procurement teams across operations and technology. And his most recent experience has built knowledge across the pharma data and analytics industry.

His experience spans across a wide range of financial services companies including HSBC, Thomson Reuters, Citibank, and Bain and Co. He holds a master’s in professional development in management and business from Exeter University in the United Kingdom.

Chief HR Officer/General Counsel

Brandon Richards

Brandon oversees Norstella’s legal and HR functions as the company’s Global Legal, HR and Integrations Leader.

Brandon previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Century Vision Global. Prior to that, he was the Chief Legal and Chief Human Resources Officer for Century Vision Global and Eye Care Leaders. He was also Head of HR Operations and Lead ERISA Counsel at TransAmerica and was a partner at the law firm of Eckert Seamans.

Brandon has a bachelor’s in English and a juris doctorate from Widener University. He also earned an LLM in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.


Chief Strategy Officer/Corporate Development

Kevin McCurry

As Norstella’s Chief Strategy Officer, Kevin leads the organization’s strategy and corporate development group. He has over 25 years of experience in strategy and corporate development and has worked across a number of technology and information-intensive industries. Previous positions include serving as CSO at Integral Ad Science, SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at SunGard, and CSO of Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Science division.

Kevin has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Trinity College.

Chief Innovation Officer

Jon Moser

In his role as the Chief Innovation Officer, Jon leads innovation, research and development for Norstella, with responsibility for the creation of new products and solutions, along with delivering enhancements to current ones.

Previously, he led Evaluate’s journey into predictive analytics, driving research and development around machine learning models to quantify risk and return of drug development candidates.

After graduating in biochemistry from the University of Warwick, he joined Evaluate in 2004 and became responsible for maintaining Evaluate’s high-quality forecast and financial coverage, along with the creation of various forecast-related offerings. In 2015, Jon co-founded Evaluate’s professional services team, engaging closely with clients and leading the delivery of client projects for three years.


Chief Administrative Officer

Lucy Ralph

As Norstella’s Chief Administrative Officer, Lucy Ralph is works closely with the CEO, Mike Gallup to be ambassador for him internationally. Lucy is also responsible for the Internal Communications and engagement within Norstella.

Lucy is also Evaluate’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She has worked at Evaluate for the past decade through several phases of its growth journey.

She is an experienced operational and people leader with a varied industry experience. Prior to joining, Lucy held roles at Goldman Sachs and Enterprise. She has a MA in International Business, as well as CIPD and PgC qualifications.
