What is your role at Norstella?

I lead the product team for Instant Health Data (IHD), our real-world data and evidence analytics platform. My role centers on understanding evolving customer needs, shaping the product roadmap, and ensuring we deliver measurable impact for life sciences companies. I collaborate closely with clients, commercial teams, and technology leaders to align innovation with Norstella’s growth strategy.

Tell us about your real-world data expertise.

My expertise lies at the intersection of healthcare data and product innovation. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with claims, EMR, lab, and other real-world data sources to unlock insights for life sciences clients. I bring a product perspective to this work—translating complex data into scalable solutions that accelerate evidence generation and decision-making.

What’s been one of the most rewarding or exciting projects that you’ve been a part of and why?

One of the most rewarding projects has been transforming IHD into a next-generation platform with innovations like Ella, our GenAI-powered workflow that makes insights generation faster, easier, and no longer limited by technical expertise. Knowing this will help life sciences design smarter studies, validate evidence more quickly, and ultimately bring treatments to patients more efficiently is incredibly fulfilling. It’s meaningful to know that our work directly supports healthcare innovation.

What types of problems are our RWD helping pharma solve?

Our RWD helps pharma better understand patient journeys, measure treatment effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve access and outcomes. From trial design to market access strategy, we empower companies to generate evidence that ensures therapies reach the patients who need them most.

When you’re not building the next-gen RWE platform, what do you like to do?

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with children in special needs programs, exploring new neighborhoods in New York, and planning future travel.
