Sali brings 30 years of leadership experience to the role

With over 30 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence and scaling global organizations, Neelesh brings a proven track record of transformative growth and innovation to Norstella’s mission of smoothing the path to life-saving treatments.

Prior to joining Norstella, Neelesh held executive leadership role at Saama Technologies, where he served as Head of Europe & APAC and Managing Director of India, overseeing regional business growth and operations. He also served as Head of Global Delivery Centre, Science Group at Clarivate Analytics and as Managing Director of DRG India, achieving record-breaking annual revenue growth in 2019. Earlier, at Genpact, Neelesh excelled as Vice President and Service Line Leader, delivering strong revenue growth in consecutive years.

Neelesh holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Pune University.
