Sub-processors
This page provides information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor used by Supplier (“we”, “us” or “our”). Capitalized terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in our Customer Data Protection Terms. We currently use the below list of Sub-processors to assist with data processing activities relating to Customer Personal Data. Please note that not all Sub-processors are used in the provision of all services, and some may only be involved in assisting with the provision of specific products or services.
Pursuant to our processing of Customer Personal Data, we may engage and engage certain third-party processors and Group Companies (together “Sub-processors”) to support the Licensed Products and Services. These Sub-processors may process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Licensed Products and Services.
We may update this Sub-processor page from time to time. Customer may receive updates to this Sub-processor page by subscribing to updates on this page.
- Supplier will notify Customer of its intention to engage an additional Sub-processor within 30 days of the date of the proposed appointment of that Sub-processor.
- Customer will have the right to object to any such proposed additional Sub-processor within 10 days of Customer’s receipt of Supplier’s notification, where Customer has reasonable grounds to consider that the proposed appointment will not comply with our Customer Data Protection Terms and/or Data Protection Law. In the event of such an objection, the Parties will work in good faith to resolve the objection.
